These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the products, services and website offered by Rich Plugins SL, a company registered in Spain with tax identification number B19806272, with its registered and fiscal address at Plaza San Cristóbal, 14, 03002 Alacant/Alicante, Spain (hereinafter, "Rich Plugins", "we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing or using our Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CHANGESBy accessing or using the Site or the Plugin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Plugin after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
ELIGIBILITYBy using the Site and the Plugin, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Rich Plugins SL. If you are using the Plugin on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
TERMS USED IN THE AGREEMENTLicenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and automatically renewed each year, provided that the subscription remains active. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased extensions.
SUPPORT AND UPDATESSupport and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
PLUGIN DELIVERYAfter we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive two emails. The first is a receipt email that contains the invoice, your order number and other purchase information. The second contains delivery information for the Plugin (installation instruction, licenses, download link, account credentials of the administration panel). You can download the Plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the Plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
PRICE CHANGESRich Plugins SL reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a Plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
PADDLEOur order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
REFUNDSIf you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support topic in the forum. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
LICENSE AGREEMENTBy purchasing or using our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Upon payment of applicable license fees, Rich Plugins SL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin under the terms described herein. No ownership rights to the Plugin or underlying source code are transferred to you under this agreement.
USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITYTo the extent that the Plugin or our services allow you to submit, upload, store or display content (including but not limited to reviews, text, images, or other materials) ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for such User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to submit and use the User Content in connection with the Plugin, and that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
You acknowledge that Rich Plugins SL does not monitor all User Content and is not responsible for such User Content. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any User Content that we consider to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful, without prior notice.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONSRich Plugins SL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Site and the Plugin, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms or applicable law. In the event that such violations cause damage to third parties, the User is solely responsible for such damage and agrees to hold Rich Plugins SL harmless from any related claims.
The User is prohibited from using the Plugin and the Site for:
All rights, title and interest in and to the Site, the Plugin and any related software, documentation, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and other content (excluding User Content and third-party content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Rich Plugins SL and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in or to the Plugin or Site, except for the limited license to use the Plugin as expressly set forth herein.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Rich Plugins name, trademarks, logos or domain names, except as necessary for the normal use of the Plugin in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Plugin or Site, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law (for example, for interoperability purposes where legally permitted).
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INTEGRATIONS AND API DATAThe Plugin may integrate with or display content from third-party platforms and services, such as Google, Facebook, Yelp or other third-party providers. Rich Plugins SL is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these platforms. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, availability, functionality or changes to such services.
When you connect a third-party service (for example Google or Facebook) via their APIs to our Plugin, you authorize Rich Plugins SL to access, store and display specific data necessary to perform the requested functionality. You acknowledge that such access is under the terms and policies of the respective third party, and you may revoke it at any time.
Modifications to the ServiceWe reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Plugin or any part of the services at any time, including access to features or functionality, without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that Rich Plugins SL will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Plugin or services.

Your use of the Plugin is at your sole risk. The Plugin is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Plugin is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. The Rich Plugins Site, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Plugin will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the Plugin will meet your requirements.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rich Plugins SL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Plugin or Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) any content obtained from the Plugin or Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITYThese Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rich Plugins SL regarding your use of the Site and the Plugin, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site or the Plugin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
