Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and automatically renewed each year, provided that the subscription remains active. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased extensions.
SUPPORT AND UPDATESSupport and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
PLUGIN DELIVERYAfter we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive a two emails. The first is receipt email contains the invoice, your order number and other purchase information. The second contains a delivery information of the Plugin (installation instruction, licenses, download link, account credentials of the administration panel). You can download the Plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the Plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
PRICE CHANGESRichplugins.com reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a Plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
PADDLEOur order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
REFUNDSIf you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support topic in the forum. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
LICENSE AGREEMENTBy purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONSRichplugins.com reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill this Agreement, block Users' access to the Site and Plugin, and withhold a penalty from the User in the amount of the unused balance of funds for Activated Paid services. In the event that such violations cause damage to third parties, the User is solely responsible for them.

The RichPlugins Site its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Plugin will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the Plugin will meet your requirements.
